The manufacturer says this about the Volkl Pearl 2008:This jewel will make the hearts of freestyle girls beat faster. Pearl, the twin-tip ski for women, was developed withthe professional ladies from the Volkl freestyle team and is therefore particularly well suited to the high requirements of female jibber fans. In terms of geometry the Pearl corresponds to the Ledge, an essential difference being the slightly lighter construction which makes the Pearl even more effortless to handle.
