With 70 mm underfoot the Cool Thang is more size 12 than 0- so they are well balanced, have good shape are an easier-going prospect on the slopes. As a versatile intermediate all-mountain cruising ski the Cool Thang's excel being forgiving in flex, carvable but skiddable and generously tolerant. Advanced skiers who have lost their sporty edge may find the Cool Thang's fun but they aren't overly precise so for speedy red run carving look towards the excellent Power Thang for that extra control and power on firm pistes.
