Fischer RC4 Worldcup RC Flowflex Skis 2008/09

Fischer RC4 Worldcup RC Flowflex Skis 2008/09

The WC RC is a top-end retail race ski with club racers, expert skiers and instructors in mind. With an over-sized side-cut, generous carves and an easy initiation into your turns the WC RC's relatively easy to handle. Probably a little more solid than the expectations of many a non-race experienced expert skier the RC's in this guise are built for high-speed, medium to long radius carves on immaculately groomed runs.

You can really appreciate the Flowflex and the ski is ultra-smooth, gripping on the firmest of snows and reassuringly stable when set on the edge.

As an "all-day long" ski then they could be limiting and you will need a good level of fitness - as a ski for early morning blasts when the groomers are quiet, the pistes firm then the WC RC's are great fun.

skireviews.co.uk rating: 90/100

Exceptional performance and a benchmark GS race carver - if you're buying this you could be tempted by Fischer's supreme and devilishly quick FIS skis though.

The manufacturer says this about the Fischer RC4 Worldcup RC Flowflex Skis 2008/09:

For winners. The top model in the race series. High-end performance through World Cup technology and precise base and edge finish. Featuring the legendary Flowflex.

FT FRAME
The material inside the ski is compressed at six key oscillation points. This makes the ski much calmer.

FREQUENCY TUNING INSIDE
