Head iXRC 600 Skis 2008/09

Head iXRC 600 Skis 2008/09

Very smart looking and nippy intermediate to advanced all-mountain carvers. With the target predominantly the groomed runs the iXRC's are traditionally very strong ground for Head and this years do not disappoint.
As you would expect the tip is wide, engages easily, there is a light agile feel but they do settle into either a nice carve or smooth skid depending on how steep the terrain, how fast or what your technical ability is.
Graphically they look very well - almost executive yet sporty - plus with the "Liquidmetal" technology they are quite sporty and somewhat better dampened than in previous years.

Perfect for higher speed blues, reds and tackling blacks.

Skireviews rating: 92/100

For the money the 600's are great pair of intermediate - advanced carver skis, plus they look great as well.

The manufacturer says this about the Head iXRC 600 Skis 2008/09:

A new titanium carbon jacket gives this ski the sort of edge grip you always wanted. Right at home on the steep, groomed trails as well as softer, in more bumpy terrain.
