Technically very competent, guess they are pretty nice skis but they don't quite warrant being exceptional.
Riding in AK you might suddenly need to outrun anything from a pitbull to a grizzly to an avalanche (not that we endorse such behaviour). That's why 09/09 puts a new, faster base on this steep and deep baby.
