Volkl Winter 2008

"Hi-tech, quality and design" - Volkl Skis and Marker bindings are "aiming to excite winter sports enthusiasts around the world." This coming season sees even more innovation from the highly respected German manufacturers and it is not surprising that "demonstrating new ideas and German engineering" is key to both brands.

Production quality tends to be of the highest order and having won the European ISPO Ski Award with the integrated "Power Switch" on the all-new Racetiger sees Volkl bouyant for this coming season with lots of faith in the high level of design, finish and niche targeting of many of their products.

With investment in all areas of Alpine skiing and ski touring it is good to see Volkl competitive in every field, especially with their strong womens Attiva range, the now almost legendary V-ski "free-skiing" range plus the more "traditional but no less extreme race products such as the Racetigers.

Dr. Christopher Bronder of Volkl explains that with Volkl it is not only in their ski range but also in their new clothing range that "Volkl is pursuing a clear strategy...with a clear focus on premium quality."
